Tired of feeling like another number at your current gym or studio? Looking for a community that truly cares and supports you? Is your home bike collecting dust and become a fancy drying rack?
If you’ve answered yes to any of the questions above, you’re going to love Rhythm & Ride! In our classes, you’ll be motivated and led by music, passion and drive. Our classes are rhythm-based, meaning we don’t have screens or monitors to indicate how fast or slow you’re riding.
You will leave feeling refreshed, accomplished, and supported in every way. Our Coaches are made up of made up of personal trainers, certified nutritionists, and all around athletes. Coaches curate each class to be safe, effective, and designed to hype you up!
We welcome everyone into our community, and we know that you will love Rhythm & Ride whether you enjoy trying your first class with us, or your thousandth. Anyone and everybody can ride with us!
Class Styles
Rhythm & Ride has four main rhythm-based indoor cycling class styles. Each class style uses music to keep you on beat, and to help motivate you to push harder!

Our standard cycling class is 45 minutes with all the pump you need. It includes power, endurance, strength, and weights to leave you sweaty and satisfied.

Our bootcamp ride is a hybrid class that’s a combination of Cycling and Strength. You’ll get a taste of our classic ride plus an additional full body workout off the bike!

Short on time but want to get your cardio in? The express ride is the perfect option! You’ll get the experience of a full 45-minute class within only 30 minutes. Perfect for newer riders, seasoned riders and everything in between!

Looking to learn the basics of rhythmic riding? This class is the perfect fit! Our Coaches break down the bike you’ll be riding in class, the choreography and verbiage as well answer any and all questions. This class is perfect for all ages and abilities and is a FREE class offered weekly by our team (new riders only).

Our Acoustic Recovery Ride is perfect as an active recovery on your Rest Days. This is a 45 minute ride to an Acoustic playlist that allows you to chill & flush your legs out. This ride still features minor choreography, but at slower paces and less resistance. There is more time dedicated to stretching in this ride. This is also a great option as a low pressure introductory ride for any rider who’s looking for a full 45-minute workout.

Our team of Coaches go above and beyond to make sure everyone feels welcomed, motivated and ready to rock. Rhythm & Ride’s unique, inclusive rhythm-based method is one of the first of its kind in Plaistow, and we are so excited to have you. New riders enjoy their first class for just $10.
